How it started

My name is Mike. I’ve been a coach since 2007 — but more importantly, I’ve been a parent since 2018.

Why does that matter? Because I understand the struggles you face as a busy parent. The exhaustion of getting kids dressed, rushing to school, packing lunches, driving to activities… and the guilt when you just need a break.

Growing up, I was an active kid, and I swore I’d never let my health take a backseat. But then real life happened: marriage, a demanding job with a long commute, and kids. Suddenly, I was “too tired” or “didn’t have time” to work out or plan healthy meals.

During those first years of parenthood, I gained weight, lost consistency, and stopped making myself a priority. It was frustrating. I thought, “Why bother?” But then a more powerful thought hit me: “What about my kids?”

I wanted to be a better role model. So I let go of the “all-or-nothing” mentality. I found my starting point and took one simple step.

I kept workouts short and time-friendly. I made meals that were quick and tasted good. I built momentum by focusing on what I could control each day. And for the first time in years, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time: HOPE.

Now, I’m sharing the B.E.S.T. Method with you — so you can rediscover your best self. So you can show up every day for your kids, set a powerful example, and stop feeling burnt out.
