Where should I start?

How is this different from a regular fitness program?
Two things: it's built specifically for parents (20-minute workouts, kid-interruption-proof, no special equipment), and it's a habit system, not a motivation system. Most programs assume you'll show up. This one is designed to survive the days when you almost don't.
Do I need to join a gym or buy equipment?
No. Most workouts use bodyweight only. Dumbbells help on a few but every workout has a no-equipment swap. The whole point is you can run this in a kitchen at 6am.
Is the 1-on-1 coaching available now?
